If you have a group of friends all looking to lose weight, I am happy to run a group together to help you gain an understanding of the psychological impacts of food.
I am also a local youth worker, giving me experience in doing group discussions for young people. With this, I encourage individuality, confidence and improved self worth. No situation is too big or small, the feelings that are created are real. Helping with those feelings in the now can change the insight of the person, developing growth.
Working from my home office in Haslemere, I am just minutes from the train station, providing easy access from Liphook, Petersfield, Godalming, Farncombe and Guildford.
